The purpose of this organization is to make critical and credible constitutional information readily available, both face to face and on the internet, to everyday Americans and to provide a means of fair, open and honest evaluation of political candidates who are seeking local, state and national public office.

Welcome to the Jeffersonian Populist Council. Our goal is not to tell you what to think or believe. We simply want to provide truthful and easy to access information that will help you cut through the smoke screens that currently exist in American politics. We believe in the American people and their ability to make honest and ethical decisions. We hope to help make your decisions and opinions easier to come to with this information packed web-site. Bill Johnson (candidate for Alabama Governor) and Merritt Carothers (District 86 Alabama House of Representatives) will be our guests at this meeting. This meeting is open to the public. Please bring two people with you. At meetings of the Jeffersonian Populist Council you will have an opportunity to look candidates in the eye and get answers to real questions.
